What’s Next: The Real Work of Designing Your Future

Every visionary hits a moment where the question isn’t “What did I accomplish this year?” The question is: What future am I intentionally designing next?

As we head toward 2026, I’m clear on one thing…this next chapter belongs to the builders who think beyond the constraints of their current environment. The ones willing to expand, disrupt, and design a life and business that match the scale of their ambition.

2026 is not a continuation of where you’ve been. It’s a recalibration of where you’re going.

So ask yourself: Are you planning your future from your capacity today, or from the version of ‘You’ you're becoming? Are your goals shaped by your past limits, or by your future potential? Are you making decisions from comfort, or from conviction?

The distance between where you are and where you're headed will be defined by the people with whom you surround yourself.

If the rooms you’re in don’t stretch you, challenge you, or force you to evolve, they’re too small. And being loyal to small spaces has killed more dreams than failure ever will.

Big thinkers only. Big doers only. Big energy only.

Be ruthless about it. Because your environment is either accelerating your next level or suffocating it.

2026 demands intentionality. Not reaction. Not autopilot. You don’t drift into a breakthrough. You build toward it.

This is the year to align your vision, your network, your skill set, and your actions with the impact you say you want to make.

This is the year to pause, zoom out, and ask the real strategic questions:

  • What future am I committed to building?

  • What will I no longer tolerate or carry forward?

  • What collaborations and ecosystems do I need to step into?

  • What habits must I exit? What disciplines must I adopt?

  • What version of me does this next level require?

This isn’t about creating a longer to-do list. It’s about refining your identity as a founder, leader, creator, and force.

2026 is the year for decisive moves, not tentative ones. For big bets, not safe plays.
For alignment, not approval.

I know what’s next for me. I’m building the infrastructure for the future I’ve been imagining. And I’m doing it with intention, clarity, and the kind of energy that leaves no room for hesitation.

The question is: What’s next for you?

That’s the nitty gritty.
